it's all about the preperation

"If I can stay calm, faithful and un-confused while in the middle of turmoil of life, the goal of the purpose of God is being accomplished in me."

What an interesting concept, and I've never thought of it like this before. God wants me to trust him, and not try to "figure out" the outcome. Sometimes, it may be the outcome I imagined, sometimes it's not. But I have to trust that it will work out somehow instead of bogging myself down in the details of life.

"His purpose for us is this very minute, not for sometime in the future. We have nothing to do with what will follow our obedience, and we are wrong to concern ourselves with it. What people call preparation, God sees as the goal itself."
